I am a very experienced meditator…is that a real word?…
I was taught meditation as a child by my Father and Mother who still practice the art today.
Although I learned more traditional forms of meditation, which I still use on a daily basis, I have found that the modern world has come up with some really astounding ways to help people new to meditation.
I have even talked some of my friends into trying meditation. Some used it sparing, while some have made a life-long habit of it.
All of them agree that it helps them a lot.
Meditation can help free you from the stresses of modern day living and give you that inner peace you desire – even for just the time spent during meditation.
But…if you keep meditating then these stress-relieving feelings will eventually “bleed” into your normal life.
